A WOMAN regarded as the real-life human Barbie has caused even more shock waves after revealing she intends to become a breatharian.
Valeria Lukyanova, who has attracted headlines a_nd social media attention for her strong resemblance to the famous toy, is now gaining attention for her odd choice of diet, which advocates existing without food and water.
The Ukrainian model said she intends to live on air and light alone and hasn’t been hungry at all in recent weeks.
In an interview with the International Business Times , she revealed she wants to be able to live without both food and water, a diet considered extremely dangerous and impossible to maintain.
“In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all,” she said.
“I’m hoping it’s the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone.”
The model, who is believed to be around 28 but won’t reveal her real age, has already claimed on her blog to be the most famed woman on the Russian-language internet and recently spoke of her ability to communicate with aliens and travel outside her body.
The buxom blonde openly admits Barbie looks perfect and told The Daily Beast she has been having out-of-body experiences since she was a little girl and considers herself a spiritual leader.
“My experience is very wide,” she said. “I can travel around the entire world, to the past and to the future. I also share my ideas on dieting with people. If you want to live a long life and stay beautiful, eat vegetables and herbs, eat very small portions—you will have more energy, feel more pure emotions, and that will make you a more creative person.”
